Surviving the Winter

So life got busy there for a minute and I’ve been struggling to find time to do everything, including writing. It is not such a bad thing to be busy, especially during the dreary winter months! Growing up in Canada you might think that I would be used to the winters by now, but every year by the time February hits, I’m done with all the shovelling and cold. Don’t get me wrong, I love those cold, sunny days when I can get the pup out for a nice long walk. It’s all those gray, snowy days in between that do me in and make me dream of spring. A Healthy New Year

Wow, the holidays have flown by and we are now finding ourselves getting back into routines in a brand new year. Instead of resolutions this year, I have decided to set goals. Goals are attainable.
