Favourite Healthy Finds at Costco

Today I made yet another trip to our local Costco, one of my favourite places to shop for whole foods! Homemade Coconut Milk

When we did our first Whole 30, I fell in love with coconut milk.  I especially love it in my morning coffee but also use it in recipes and for my husband’s turmeric golden milk (this is great for joint care). It became difficult to find compliant brands in the my area so I discovered that I could make my own.  It’s so easy I don’t know why I was buying it to begin with!
