Hi, I’m Kelly and I love to move. My Simply Fit Life is about living a healthy lifestyle by staying active, eating right and finding your balance to create happiness. For me that means working out and moving as much as possible, discovering new recipes using whole foods and enjoying time with my family.

In 2015, with the support of my husband, I quit my desk job and became a stay-at-home mom. After growing up with one myself, I saw it as a priority to be home with my daughter. Although there have been challenges, it was the best decision I could have made. Fast forward a couple of years when my little girl suddenly became more independent and I decided to follow my passion for fitness and start a personal training business.

Now, here we are over five years later and not only am I training clients in person, but I’m also expanding the business to offer online training and nutrition programs. And I love it! My husband and I have been consistently involved with fitness for over 25 years and we are always trying to challenge ourselves. New workout programs, challenges, races, exercises, you name it. Our latest activity is the pushup challenge. One hundred pushups every day for one hundred days!

I started this website to share some tips about working out, healthy food and family life that I have learned over the years.
