Personal Training Services

I offer the use of my private gym for our one-on-one sessions. There is no need for a gym membership or your own equipment. Located conveniently in the Doon area of Kitchener, Ontario.

Fitness consultation and assessment is free and then purchase one of the following packages to begin your simply fit life!

Single One Hour Session $30

Eight One Hour Sessions $225 ($28/session)

Twelve One Hour Sessions $325 ($27/session)

Sixteen One Hour Sessions $400 ($25/session)
